• Communicating with host store staff daily on individual sales goals, key performance indicators, product sales, and other information to help them provide unparalleled service and achieve goals.
• Delivering company customer service initiatives and continually searching for ways to improve service; managing the store to prioritize customer service and task management.
• Collaborating in the recruitment, selection, supervision, and development of the team.
• Collaborating with store management on performance reviews and Personal Development Plans to support retention.
• Training and testing the team on product knowledge.
• Communicating sales and service goals clearly to the sales team, providing coaching, training, and constructive feedback regularly.
• Using department reports, profiling, and space analysis effectively.
• Managing the department environment to ensure it reflects the brand, complies with creative standards, and maintains proper product presentation.
• Establishing and maintaining effective replenishment processes aligned with store requirements.
• Overseeing merchandise installation directives and ensuring standards are maintained.
