If you’re a coach piecing together hours across multiple venues, this is for you. Most personal trainers are paid per session. If a client cancels, you don’t earn. If you’re ill, you don’t earn. There’s no progression pathway, and no business has any real incentive to invest in your development because you’re not truly part of one. We think that’s broken. Coaching is a craft, and people who dedicate themselves to it deserve a proper career, not a gig.
At House of Fitness, we’re doing it differently. We’re a premium personal training business with three London locations (Mill Hill, Old Street, and Primrose Hill), and we coach in small, intentional groups where every member follows their own individualised programme. No templates. No follow along workouts. Every rep has a reason.
We’re looking for coaches who want to:
- Earn a real salary, not session rates
- Own a cohort of members over months and years, not isolated hours
- Progress from Coach to Assistant Site Director to Site Director
- Help shape a business that’s building toward a fully integrated approach to health and wellbeing
This is one of the few places in London where you can build a sustainable, long term career doing what you love, with a business that’s growing around you. Full time and part time roles available.
