Company Description
At House of Fitness (HOF), we’re redefining personal training, health, and wellbeing. Our mission is to deliver world-class coaching in a premium, results-driven environment where every member feels supported, challenged, and excited to show up. We specialise in strength, cardiovascular, and mobility training, blending cutting-edge science with real-world coaching. Our state-of-the-art facilities and strong community focus make HOF a place where you can train smarter, move better, and achieve your fitness goals.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head Coach located in Mill Hill, North West London. The Head Coach will be responsible for leading the member ecosystem, implementing our centralised training programmes, managing our 6 Week Foundation Members, and providing expert guidance across training, recovery, and nutrition. Other duties include supervising coaching staff, ensuring a safe and supportive training environment, and contributing to community engagement and member retention initiatives.
Is This You?
You love coaching—not just writing programs, but actually coaching in real time.
You’re a team player—we win together, we grow together.
You’re hungry to improve—we invest in our team, but you have to be open to learning.
You’re comfortable with the responsibility — we want someone to take ownership of the gym knowing they will be rewarded for their teams performance.
It’s probably not for you if…
You’d rather correct someone’s hip angle for 20 minutes than keep a session flowing.
You care more about Instagram likes than client results.
You just want a paycheck—this is a team, not a solo act.
You don\'t have an ownership mentality.
What You Get
A full-time, salaried role with competitive pay (not just per session).
Ongoing education & career growth—we invest in our coaches.
Paid holiday & benefits—because your career should be sustainable, too.
The chance to be part of a fast-growing, industry-leading team where coaching actually matters.
Monthly bonus connected to key performance indicators.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in personalised training program development and fitness assessments
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic team environment
- Relevant certifications in fitness and coaching (e.g CIMSPA/REPS Level 3 or equivalent )
- Any other relevant qualifications or degrees will be a bonus*
