Company Description
At House of Fitness (HOF), weβre redefining what personal training can be. Our mission is to deliver world-class coaching in a premium, results-driven environment where every member feels supported, challenged and motivated to keep showing up.
Our coaching philosophy is simple: strength training sits at the heart of everything we do. Every member follows a structured, progressive strength programme designed around their individual ability and goals, with conditioning incorporated where it adds value. The result is purposeful training, expert coaching and a clear path towards becoming stronger, fitter and more capable.
Role Description
We are currently looking for a part-time to full-time coach to play a key role within our Mill Hill team (happy to take applications for Old Street & Primrose Hill/Camden too), supporting the club as our Head Coach transitions into maternity leave and helping us continue to deliver an exceptional coaching experience for our members.
Importantly, this is not a maternity cover position. We are looking for someone who wants to become a long-term part of House of Fitness, with the opportunity to develop their coaching career, take on greater responsibility and grow within the business over time.
The primary responsibility of this Senior Coach role is to consistently deliver world-class coaching across our Small Group PT and Private PT services, helping every member train with purpose, make measurable progress and have an exceptional experience at HOF.
We expect our coaches to continually develop their craft. This means improving not only their technical coaching knowledge, but also their communication, leadership and ability to build strong relationships with members.
Progression at House of Fitness is earned through a combination of:
- Coaching excellence β consistently delivering high-quality, engaging and effective sessions.
- Reliability and professionalism β setting high standards in preparation, punctuality and conduct.
- Member results β helping members make meaningful and measurable progress.
- Relationships and community β building trust with members and contributing positively to the HOF community.
- Continued development β actively investing in education, learning and professional growth.
- Leadership β supporting fellow coaches, sharing knowledge and helping raise standards across the coaching team.
As coaches develop within House of Fitness, there are opportunities to take on greater responsibility, develop areas of expertise and progress into more senior positions with increased earning potential.
Our aim is to create an environment where ambitious coaches can build a genuine career β developing their craft, increasing their impact and growing alongside House of Fitness.
