Full time head office based role

Our client is one of the fastest growing online menswear / sportswear brands in the UK. Over the past year they have seen huge growth across the Wholesale sector with customers including JD SPORTS, FOOTASYLUM, LIFESTYLE SPORTS, DRIPMODA and many more.

This is a fast-paced and innovative environment, where you will be expected to have strong self-awareness, excellent organisational skills, and strong analytical skills, as well as the ability to process emails and documents quickly.

Our client is looking for a full-time Wholesale Merchandiser to join their team in central Manchester. The successful candidate will be an experienced Wholesale Merchandiser ideally from the mens/sportswear industry. You will be working on key accounts for online retail companies and taking the product through from order to delivery. This role requires you to be organised, have a strong eye for detail, and be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Managing day-to-day contact with key accounts and responding promptly to all communications over email and phone.
2. Working with JD SPORTS, FOOTASYLUM, LIFESTYLE SPORTS, DRIPMODA and many more.
3. Processing and raising all orders and checking data against Wholesale Purchase Orders to ensure no errors.
4. Managing all administration forms and ensuring all are completed and returned to our partners in a timely fashion.
5. Importing data across to our systems and managing the full critical path to ensure minimal delays.
6. Communicating with wholesale partners about any delays or production issues.
7. Liaising with factories daily to place orders and manage approvals of SMU product.
8. Chasing suppliers and the production team for SMS samples for wholesale partners.
9. Managing deliveries and freight options for orders alongside the Warehouse team.
10. Arranging photoshoots for product lookbooks alongside the marketing team.
11. Keeping up to date with the requirements and manuals of wholesale partners, updating our supplier manuals and informing the full team of any changes that need to be implemented.

Job Requirements:

1. Experienced using Excel and competent with Excel formulas.
2. Strong analytical skills.
3. Full UK Driving License preferred due to Warehouse visits.
4. Proficient and eloquent communicator.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
6. Previous experience in merchandising and wholesale experience in the menswear/sportswear online industry.

Salary: up to £40k
