Our client is a rapidly expanding online beauty brand based in central Manchester who are now building their in-house team and looking to recruit an experienced Paid Media Specialist who is not only experienced in Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Google Ads, but is also proactive, strategic, and focused on performance.
- Proactively request creative assets, audience inputs, or landing page feedback when needed.
- Monitor performance, report results, and suggest iterative improvements.
- Collaborate with the team to align on strategy, audience targeting, and creative direction.
- Provide insight into new trends, beta features, or platforms worth testing.
- Ability to read and interpret performance data and translate it into action.
