Product Developer – Online Beauty Brand

Location: Manchester City Centre / Hybrid

Type: Full-Time

Our client, a fast-growing online beauty brand, who are now looking to recruit an experienced Product Developer to join their team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the end-to-end development of new beauty products—overseeing everything from initial concept through to launch.

Key Responsibilities:

Range building

Sampling

Sourcing new products from China

Critical Path

Negotiating with overseas suppliers in China

Lead product development across cosmetics, skincare

Collaborate with labs, packaging, regulatory, and marketing teams.

Track and manage development timelines, testing, and approvals.

Research trends, ingredients, and market insights to inform innovation.

Ensure all products meet regulatory and brand compliance.

Candidates will only be considered if they have experience working in the beauty brand industry in a PD role
