PPC CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT
Our client partners with premium fashion, footwear and sports brands to create lasting growth across the UK, EU and Middle East. They unite digital marketing, content and media, Shopify Plus design and build, wholesale management and distribution, physical retail, and go-to-market strategy into a single, connected approach.
The Role
Performance Marketing Manager to own Meta and PPC performance for a portfolio of premium fashion, footwear and sports brands. You will turn commercial targets into clear media strategies, build clean, scalable account structures, and optimise campaigns across Meta and Google. What You’ll Do
- Translate revenue, MER, ROAS, CAC and margin targets into clear paid media strategies across Meta and Google.
- Build campaign plans around collections, seasonal drops, launches and markdowns, not random products.
- Design scalable, logical account structures that reflect commercial priorities (margin bands, hero SKUs, geos, funnel stages).
- Create structured testing roadmaps with clear hypotheses focused on creative, messaging angles, account structure, budget allocation and landing experience.
- Own Meta & PPC execution.
- Manage day‑to‑day campaigns in Meta Ads Manager (prospecting, retention, reactivation, dynamic product ads).
- Run Google Ads across Search, Shopping and Performance Max for fashion/apparel ecom.
- Manage a range of budgets, from early‑stage testing to scaled 5–6 figure monthly spends, maintaining efficiency and protecting margin.
- Run structured testing focused on creative, budget distribution, bidding approach and user journey.
- Connect performance to P&L.
- Optimise towards MER, contribution margin and CAC vs LTV, not just isolated platform ROAS.
- Use Triple Whale (or similar), GA4 and platform data to understand blended performance and incrementality.
- Work with the commercial/trading team to ensure spend aligns with stock, sell‑through, margin bands and seasonal priorities.
- Call out when performance looks good in‑platform but is commercially wrong.
- Keep data, feeds and tracking tight.
- Ensure robust tracking across Meta, Google, GA4 and attribution tools.
- Use Feedoptimise (or similar) to manage and optimise product feeds for fashion and sports.
- Quickly identify and help resolve tracking and data issues with internal and external partners.
- Report clearly and honestly.
- Create concise weekly and monthly reports that tell a story.
- Present performance to internal stakeholders and clients in plain language.
- Share insights that feed into creative, merchandising and wider growth strategy.
- Brief and feedback with content and media teams to develop performance‑driven creative.
- Work with Shopify / Shopify Plus teams to align campaigns with site experience.
- Support wholesale and market expansion efforts when paid media is part of new store openings or territory launches.
- Contribute to building and refining agencies fashion performance playbooks.
