Our client, a successful online fashion brand selling globally, is looking to recruit an experienced PAID SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER to join their team at their head office in Manchester. The successful candidate will have experience in all aspects of PPC for a successful online brand. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will work closely with internal teams and a Paid Agency. In this role, you will oversee their paid social media campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok, driving brand awareness, engagement, and sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fashion or experience within a fast-paced eCommerce brand.

The Role

  • Develop and implement comprehensive paid social media strategies for both brands across Meta and TikTok to meet business objectives.
  • Work collaboratively with Marketing Managers to manage the end-to-end process of campaign planning, execution, optimisation, and reporting.
  • Utilise advanced targeting techniques to ensure ads reach the most relevant audiences across territories.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement, driving growth in the UK and global territories.
  • Oversee and optimise advertising budgets to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Work closely with the Marketing and Brand teams to successfully deliver commercial marketing campaigns.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.
  • Implement A/B testing strategies to optimise ad performance.
  • Collaborate with the broader marketing team to align social media initiatives with overall marketing goals and business strategies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in paid social media advertising, with a proven track record of success in the fashion industry or a fast-paced eCommerce brand.
  • Experience managing teams.
  • Experience working across territories including (but not limited to) UK, USA, and Europe.
  • Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads (bonus).
  • Strong analytical abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • A strong sense of fashion trends and the ability to create engaging content.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and quickly adapt to changing priorities and challenges.
  • Exceptional organisational skills.
