Our client is a rapidly expanding online beauty brand based in central Manchester who are now building their in-house team and looking to recruit an experienced Paid Media Specialist who is not only experienced in Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Google Ads, but is also proactive, strategic, and focused on performance. This is not a “set it and forget it” role—they are looking for someone who asks the right questions, follows their processes, and actively works to improve campaign outcomes.
You’ll be working closely with the Director to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns, following their internal SOPs while also offering your own expert recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:- Launch, manage, and optimize ad campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads platforms.
- Follow internal setup procedures, naming conventions, and tracking practices.
- Proactively request creative assets, audience inputs, or landing page feedback when needed.
- Monitor performance, report results, and suggest iterative improvements.
- Collaborate with the team to align on strategy, audience targeting, and creative direction.
- Provide insight into new trends, beta features, or platforms worth testing.
- Demonstrated experience managing monthly budget in ad spend £10 - £20k across Meta, TikTok, and Google.
- Ability to read and interpret performance data and translate it into action.
- Solid understanding of creative testing, audience segmentation, and funnel stages.
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and attribution modeling.
- Strong communication skills—you ask for what you need and report on what matters.
- Willingness to follow team processes but also contribute to improving them.
- Experience working with e-commerce, info products, or lead generation funnels.
- Familiarity with landing page builders (ClickFunnels, Kartra, etc.) or CRO best practices.
- Ability to edit basic ad creative (images, videos, UGC formatting).
