BRAND 1– Is a culture-led streetwear brand built on bold graphics, global influences, and limited-run collections. They design pieces that express individuality and connect to the energy of youth culture.
BRAND 2 - Is an elevated menswear label known for refined silhouettes, premium fabrics, and tailored streetwear staples. The brand blends timeless style with modern utility to create wearable, high-quality garments.
Due to high online growth our client is now looking for a Senior Designer to lead creative across both brands β managing the full design process from initial concept to final production. Based full-time in Manchester office, you will work hands-on across both brands maintaining each brandβs distinct visual identity while driving innovation, fit, and storytelling. This is a key creative leadership role within the studio, offering real ownership and the opportunity to shape the future of two fast-growing British fashion brands.
Responsibilities
Creative Direction & Design
β’ Lead seasonal design direction for both brands, developing moodboards, concepts, and colour palettes.
β’ Design full collections for (streetwear-focused) (contemporary menswear), ensuring clarity and consistency in both aesthetics.
β’ Research streetwear and fashion trends, garment finishes, washes, and cultural influences.
β’ Utilising graphic designs and visuals to create stand out garments.
β’ Support in over arching branding, visuals and photoshoots of the brand too, not limited the creative aspect solely to design (enforcing synergy behind the creative team).
CAD & Product Development
β’ Create detailed CADs, flats, and full tech packs for production.
β’ Work closely with factories, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure product accuracy and quality.
β’ Oversee fitting, sampling, and pre-production adjustments to achieve the final vision.
Fabric & Trim Sourcing
β’ Select and develop fabrics across categories β including jersey, outerwear, wovens, and knitwear.
β’ Liaise with mills and suppliers to test, sample, and develop new materials and finishes.
β’ Ensure materials meet design intent, brand standards, and production timelines.
Team & Brand Collaboration
β’ Work closely with the founders and creative team on long-term brand evolution and new categories.
β’ Contribute to marketing and campaign direction, helping align product with visual storytelling.
β’ Mentor junior designers or interns within the studio, helping grow internal talent.
Must-Have
β’ 4+ years experience in fashion design (ideally across both streetwear and menswear categories).
β’ Expert in Adobe Illustrator and InDesign; confident in CAD drawing and technical packs.
Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking, final product execution, and brand understanding.
β’ Excellent knowledge of fabrics, trims, construction, fit, and finishing.
β’ Highly organised, self-motivated, and used to working in a fast-paced, drop driven environment.
β’ A strong awareness of cultural trends, youth influence, and fashion direction.
