MARKETING MANAGER – MEN\’S STREETWEAR BRAND – Creative, Social Media & Affiliates, PR

Our client is one of the fastest growing streetwear brands in the UK and is looking to recruit an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and scale the entire marketing function. The role oversees the full marketing team – including Creative, Social Media & Affiliates, PR and external agencies – ensuring consistent, engaging, and commercially effective brand experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute full-funnel marketing strategy across brand, digital, community, and e-commerce.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team – Performance, Social & Affiliates, Creative.
  • Define KPIs, budgets, and priorities to drive sustainable growth and brand equity.
  • Translate brand visions into clear, actionable plans across channels and campaigns.
  • Ensure all marketing activity aligns with wider business objectives.
  • Oversee creative output across campaigns, launches, and content with the Creative Lead.
  • Champion a culture of creativity and innovation.
  • Oversee social, community and affiliate strategy, ensuring content and partnerships reflect the brand’s values.
  • Build meaningful relationships with athletes, ambassadors, creators, PR agencies and external partners.
  • Lead the plan of regional activations across key international regions – UK, EU, and North America.
  • Work closely with Product, E-commerce, and Operations teams to support product launches, seasonal drops, and merchandising moments.
  • Own marketing calendars, campaign planning, and brand activations across the business.

Skills & Experience

  • 6–10+ years in marketing, within streetwear.
  • Understanding of current and past trends in streetwear.
  • Proven leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Strong understanding of both brand and performance marketing (full funnel).
  • Confidence developing creative campaigns, content strategies, and brand narratives.
  • Comfortable using analytics to inform decisions and demonstrate ROI.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, growing, entrepreneurial environment.
