Our client, one of the UK's fastest growing online young ladieswear fashion brands known for their signature jersey loungewear and fashion forward styles, is looking to recruit an experienced and talented multi-product Womenswear Designer to join their dynamic in-house team. Working closely with the buying, merchandising, and marketing teams, you will be required to contribute towards a high-quality product range using trend forecasting, social media awareness, and customer profiling with strong commercial design capabilities. You will be working in an exciting, fast-paced environment delivering trend-led ranges to tight deadlines according to a critical path.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design across a broad range of categories and trends, supporting both brand retail collections and trend-led multi-product ranges for key wholesale partners.
  • Translate trend direction into commercially relevant product that aligns with the brand identity and customer mindset.
  • Source, select, and develop fabrics, trims, fastenings, embellishments, graphics, and print techniques that elevate product quality while meeting margin targets.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of fabrics, construction, washes, print and graphic techniques, and colour.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Partnership
  • Work closely and collaboratively with the Design Manager and Head of Buying to deliver cohesive monthly drops and capsule collections.
  • Partner with Garment Tech to ensure quality and fit to a very high standard.
  • Liaise confidently with a broad supplier base across multiple regions, ensuring clear communication and collaborative development.
  • Analyse sales reports to identify opportunities, drive best sellers, and react quickly to maximisation of best sellers.
  • Use commercial insight to design into new opportunities and expand existing product offering.
Product Development
  • Take designs from initial CAD concept through to tech pack stage, creating high-quality tech packs with impeccable detail to support accurate first production samples.
  • Work alongside the Garment Technician during weekly fit sessions, ensuring fit, construction, and quality meet standards.
Creative Contribution
  • Participate in photoshoots when needed, assisting with styling and shaping the creative direction for e-commerce imagery.
  • Support range building to create cohesive, well-balanced collections that reflect seasonal trends and brand DNA.
  • Show initiative and innovation by designing into new categories, identifying ways to elevate and diversify our product range.
Organisation & Workflow
  • Work to the demands of a fast-paced critical path, managing multiple categories and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Remain flexible, solution-focused, and adaptable when reacting to quick turnarounds and changing priorities.
About You
  • Proven experience as a multi-product designer, ideally within a trend-led environment.
  • Strong and varied knowledge of multi-product category construction, fabrications, and finishing techniques.
  • Excellent CAD and tech pack creation skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage several projects at once.
  • Passionate about trends, social influence, culture, and emerging fashion movements.
