What You’ll Be Doing
- Driving the critical path to ensure smooth, on‑time product development.
- Managing seal samples, fit sessions, and QC checks with precision.
- Collaborating with overseas factories to deliver best‑in‑class sportswear.
- Providing clear technical guidance and fit comments to suppliers.
- Testing and analysing fabrics and garments to meet top performance standards.
- Working across men’s, women’s, and junior ranges – bringing ideas to life.
What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years’ experience in sportswear / performance wear product development or garment technology.
- Strong technical understanding of fabrics, trims, and performance materials.
- Experience managing suppliers, fit sessions, and product testing.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a solution‑focused mindset.
- A genuine passion for innovation, quality, and all things activewear.
- Willingness to travel to overseas suppliers when required.
