What You’ll Be Doing

  • Driving the critical path to ensure smooth, on-time product development.
  • Managing seal samples, fit sessions, and QC checks with precision.
  • Collaborating with overseas factories to deliver best-in-class sportswear.
  • Providing clear technical guidance and fit comments to suppliers.
  • Testing and analysing fabrics and garments to meet top performance standards.
  • Working across men’s, women’s, and junior ranges – bringing ideas to life.

What You’ll Bring

  • 2+ years’ experience in sportswear / performance wear product development or garment technology.
  • Strong technical understanding of fabrics, trims, and performance materials.
  • Experience managing suppliers, fit sessions, and product testing.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a solution-focused mindset.

  • Willingness to travel to overseas suppliers when required.
