Our client is a fast growing D2C fashion brand generating £2–3M in annual revenue. The business has been built lean, with a strong focus on product and brand. In 2026, they have expanded the core team across design, product development, and brand — and are now entering the next phase of growth. They are now looking for someone to take full ownership of the revenue engine and help scale the brand to the next level.
This is a high-impact role responsible for driving revenue across all digital channels. You will own the entire e-commerce and growth function — from paid acquisition to on-site conversion to retention — and work closely with the founder and creative team to turn brand and product into consistent, scalable sales. This is not a narrow “marketing” role. You will be responsible for outcomes, not just activity.
Key Responsibilities- Own and drive overall e-commerce revenue performance
- Manage and scale paid acquisition (Meta, TikTok, Google), including overseeing external partners
- Improve website conversion rate (CRO), AOV, and overall customer journey
- Develop and execute retention strategy (email, SMS, repeat purchase)
- Analyse performance data and make clear, commercially-driven decisions
- Work closely with the creative team to translate brand into high-performing campaigns
- Optimise product launches and drops from a revenue perspective
- Identify new growth opportunities across channels and markets
- 4–8+ years experience in e-commerce, growth, or performance marketing
- Proven track record scaling a DTC brand (fashion/apparel) to ÂŁ5 million turnover
- Strong understanding of Shopify, paid social, and retention channels
- Commercial mindset — you think in revenue, profit, and efficiency
- Hands-on and execution-focused (not purely strategic)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, founder-led environment
- Able to take ownership and make decisions independently
