The Opportunity
We are partnering with a premium menswear brand to appoint an entrepreneurial, commercially driven Brand Operations Manager. This is a pivotal hire for the business, responsible for overseeing and optimising all aspects of operations within a fast-scaling D2C eCommerce environment. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in high-growth settings and is excited by the opportunity to help shape and scale a brand. You will play a critical part in ensuring operational excellence while supporting expansion across eCommerce, Design, Product Development, Merchandising, Marketing, and Wholesale. Working closely with the Founder / Creative Marketing Director, you will act as a key strategic partner in executing the brand vision and driving the business forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Operations & Strategy
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the business across all functions
- Develop and implement scalable operational strategies to support growth
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, processes, and performance
- Drive commercial success and operational excellence
- Define, track, and analyse key business KPIs across departments
- Leverage data to inform decision-making and optimise performance
- Implement processes to enhance productivity and profitability
- Lead hiring strategy in line with business growth plans
- Identify talent gaps and build a high-performing team
- Support onboarding, team structure, and ongoing development
- Foster a strong, accountable, and performance-led culture
- Identify and unlock growth opportunities across D2C and wholesale channels
- Support expansion into new markets, channels, and product categories
- Bring a strong commercial lens to all business decisions
- Oversee growth, operations, KPI management, and team performance
- Partner closely with the Creative Marketing Director to align vision with execution
- Act as the central point of coordination across all business functions
Requirements & Experience
- Proven experience as a Brand Operations Manager (or similar) within a successful menswear or fashion brand
- Strong background in high-growth D2C eCommerce (premium or luxury preferred)
- Experience within a scaling or well-established fashion business
- Exposure to wholesale operations is highly advantageous
- Demonstrated experience building and developing teams
