About the Brand

As they continue to expand their online retail partnerships and concession channels, they are now looking for an experienced Merchandiser to drive growth across key third-party platforms including NEXT, ASOS, Boohoo, and PrettyLittleThing (PLT). The successful candidate will have experience in Stock and Inventory management.
Role Overview
We are seeking a commercially driven and highly analytical Merchandiser with proven experience managing online concessions and marketplace accounts within the fashion industry. The successful candidate will take ownership of trading performance across key retail partners, ensuring product availability, strong stock management, effective critical path coordination, and profitable growth of the concessions channel. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced fashion environment, understands online retail trading dynamics, and can use data and insight to maximise sales performance and identify growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Concession & Marketplace Management
- Manage and grow online concession accounts across platforms such as NEXT, ASOS, Boohoo, and PLT.
- Build strong working relationships with retail partner merchandising and buying teams.
- Ensure all product launches, uploads, and replenishment activities are executed accurately and on time.
- Monitor platform performance and identify opportunities to increase sales, visibility, and profitability.
- Trading & Analysis
- Analyse weekly sales performance, stock levels, sell-through, margin, and forecasting data.
- Produce trading reports and actionable insights to support commercial decisions.
- Identify best sellers, slow movers, and opportunities for repeat or promotional activity.
- Support pricing, markdown, and stock optimisation strategies.
- Critical Path Management
- Own and manage the critical path from product development through to launch.
- Work closely with design, production, ecommerce, and logistics teams to ensure key deadlines are met.
- Proactively identify and resolve risks or delays within the supply chain and launch calendar.
- Stock & Inventory Management
- Forecast demand and manage intake planning to ensure optimum stock availability.
- Oversee replenishment and allocation across concession partners.
- Maintain healthy stock cover while minimising markdown risk and aged stock.
- Growth & Commercial Development
- Identify opportunities to expand the concessions business through new categories, product opportunities, or retail partnerships.
- Support seasonal planning and trading strategies aligned with company growth targets.
- Contribute ideas to improve operational efficiency and marketplace performance.
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience in a Merchandiser or Assistant Merchandiser role within fashion retail or ecommerce.
- Strong experience managing online concessions or marketplace accounts such as NEXT, ASOS, Boohoo, or PLT.
- Highly analytical with strong commercial awareness and data interpretation skills.
- Experience managing critical paths within a fashion trading environment.
- Strong Excel and reporting skills.
- Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience working within a D2C fashion brand.
- Understanding of ecommerce trading and digital merchandising.
- Experience using merchandising, ERP, or marketplace platforms.
- Knowledge of forecasting and inventory planning tools.
