With a background in sportswear and a minimum of 4 years\’ experience, you\’ll play a vital role in the technical development of their garments, ensuring top-notch quality and fit while aligning with brand standards and financial parameters.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Technical Garment Development:**

– Oversee garment fit, size, and functionality from design to production.

– Establish and uphold fit blocks and technical standards.

– Develop precise size charts and grading instructions.

– Conduct fit sessions and analyze feedback for desired outcomes.

– Prepare and assess samples for fit evaluations.

**Fabric and Construction Expertise:**

– Offer guidance on fabric selection and construction techniques.

– Verify garments meet performance and fit criteria.

– Collaborate on fabric and trim selections.

– Manage fabric and garment testing processes.

– Approve wash care instructions and labeling.

**Collaboration and Communication:**

– Engage with designers, buyers, and merchandisers.

– Coordinate with suppliers and factories in China.

– Maintain effective communication within cross-functional teams.

**Quality Control and Problem Solving:**

– Ensure quality standards are met at every stage.

– Analyze returns to enhance product quality.

– Address fit and production challenges promptly.

– Uphold brand quality expectations.

**Project Management and Cost Control:**

– Monitor and update sample trackers accurately.
