They are searching for a talented individual with a performance driven mindset and solid sales experience that will be responsible for the planning, implementation and delivery of our wholesale strategy and driving profitable and sustainable market share for defined Key Account customers.
A knowledge of working with UK key accounts such as JD Sports, ASOS, Foot Asylum and House of Fraser is essential for this role.
You will work closely with their management team in driving key account sales initiatives across individual channels. You will manage your own portfolio of wholesale accounts, building new and managing existing relationships with their clients, providing them with excellent customer service, which is prompt, informative and engaging.
You will build strong relationships and strategic partnerships with key wholesale customers. You will establish and execute a comprehensive key account roadmap, that aligns with the overall company strategy and our ambitious growth plans. You will create assortments for each customer forging a deep understanding of their customer and business. You will be the voice of your key accounts, about assortment planning, marketing plans, in-store and online.
You will regularly analyse and communicate commercial sales data and create action plans based on results. You will plan budgets for each season and deliver against the sales plans set. You will translate market knowledge, trends and analysis across key accounts to advance assortments for new seasons. You will collaborate with our marketing team to drive marketing strategies and initiatives. You will work closely with design and product development to ensure all product is to the required specifications, quality and pricing.
What do we need from you:
- A minimum of 5 years’ work experience in UK Sales, E-Com or Omni-Channel
- A deep knowledge and insight into the UK market and competitors in the sportswear industry
- Product knowledge of men’s and women’s sportswear / streetwear
- Strong sales and negotiation skills and natural desire for improving solutions across people, processes and systems
- A hands-on mentality in working
- A knowledge of working with UK key accounts such as JD Sports, ASOS, Foot Asylum and House of Fraser
