This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing Fashion Brand House in the centre of Manchester working across multi product areas. You will work closely with the design and marketing teams and communicate with overseas factories ensuring all work is approved and production runs efficiently and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare workbooks and other comments and ensure that all information is effectively communicated to offshore production teams within agreed critical path timescales.
- Work closely with offshore production teams and factories to ensure they understand and achieve the technical standards required.
- Prepare testing requirements schedules and manage testing report critical path.
- Manage test reports, quality checks, care labels and supplier manuals.
- Request AQL reports from your suppliers and manage the production seal process.
- Resolve quality assurance issues through effective communication with customers and offshore production teams.
- Logging received parcels from overseas factories and organising any parcels to be sent out.
The role is based in head office in Manchester City Centre with flexible working hours, start time between 7-10am, and onsite gym access.
