As a Paid Social Specialist, you will play a key role in managing, optimising, and scaling performance-focused eCommerce campaigns across Meta and TikTok to support the brand's growth objectives. This role requires a candidate with strong technical expertise and commercial awareness, capable of taking full ownership of accounts within a highly competitive market. You will be responsible for driving measurable improvements in efficiency and revenue through strategic media buying, structured testing, and continuous optimisation.

You will lead the planning and execution of full-funnel strategies aligned with eCommerce objectives, including new customer acquisition and revenue growth. This includes auditing and refining account structures to ensure alignment with platform best practices, managing day-to-day operations such as audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and budget allocation, and implementing structured testing frameworks to support continuous performance improvement.

A deep understanding of conversion-led activity is essential, as you will be responsible for improving key commercial metrics including ROAS, CPA, and revenue. Collaboration will be a core part of the role, as you will work closely with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad assets tailored to each specific platform.

You will be expected to remain at the forefront of platform developments, algorithm updates, and emerging formats, ensuring the brand's campaigns remain competitive. You will also identify and implement growth opportunities, including retargeting strategies, audience expansion, and market prioritisation, while ensuring all campaigns are aligned with brand standards and performance ethos.

The role involves a heavy focus on data-driven analysis and reporting. You will be responsible for monitoring campaign performance, conducting A/B testing and attribution analysis, and translating complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations. You will produce regular, data-led reports and presentations to inform internal stakeholders of performance, learnings, and next steps. These insights will be used to evaluate campaign success, inform future strategy, and identify further opportunities for optimisation.

Staying up to date with industry trends and competitor activity will be essential to maintain a competitive edge. You will monitor industry best practices and contribute innovative ideas to strengthen brand visibility and drive long-term advocacy. This role requires a proactive mindset, strong technical organisation, and a genuine passion for performance-driven sportswear, data, and digital culture.

Experience required:

  • 4+ years’ experience managing paid social campaigns for eCommerce brands, ideally within a sportswear or activewear brand DTC environment.
  • Strong track record in building campaigns internationally is vital, while solid experience in the US landscape is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience improving performance in underperforming accounts and driving measurable growth.
  • Strong understanding of conversion-focused media buying, with a clear focus on revenue and profitability.
  • Advanced knowledge of Meta and TikTok Ads Manager, including campaign structure, bidding strategies, and tracking implementation.
  • Experience using analytics and attribution tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Business Suite, and equivalent platforms (e.g., Triple Whale).
  • Strong analytical capability, with the ability to interpret data and make commercially informed decisions.
  • Proven track record of improving ROAS, reducing CPA, and scaling paid social investment effectively.
  • Strong communication and reporting skills, with the ability to present performance insights clearly to stakeholders.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities.
  • Experience working in a DTC, brand-side, or agency performance marketing environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • A confident team player with a hands-on attitude, a can-do nature, and a willingness to embrace new ideas and processes.
