A fantastic opportunity to join a growing Fashion Brand House in the centre of Manchester working across multi product areas and multi brands. You will work closely with the design and marketing teams and communicate with overseas factories ensuring all work is approved and production runs efficiently and on time.
The role:
- Review of shipment samples to ensure that they conform to size and design specifications.
- Organise and attend all fit meetings, measuring and preparing samples beforehand.
- Prepare workbooks and other comments and ensure that all information is effectively communicated to offshore production teams within agreed critical path timescales.
- Manage all aspects of the sealing process and critical path.
- Work closely with offshore production teams and factories to ensure they understand and achieve the technical standards required.
- Manage test reports, quality checks, care labels and supplier manuals.
- Request AQL reports from your suppliers and manage the production sealing process.
- Resolve quality assurance issues through effective communication with customers and offshore production teams.
- Logging received parcels from overseas factories and organising any parcels to be sent out.
The role is full time based in head office in Manchester City Centre with flexible working hours, start time between 7-10am, and onsite gym access.
The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to meet deadlines, along with a good eye for detail. Highly organised with confident communication and administration skills and ability to manage critical path deadlines. A team player who enjoys working under own initiative as well as part of a team.
