Our client, a highly successful D2C men's streetwear brand, is experiencing phenomenal growth and is looking to recruit a talented and versatile Junior Apparel & Graphic Designer with a strong passion for men's streetwear and pop culture. They are seeking a designer who is a natural with edgy, trend-driven streetwear/graphics and has a keen eye for detail. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic, fast-paced, and forward-thinking team where your designs will influence seasonal collections and elevate the brand's identity. Knowledge of all-over print patterns is a huge bonus, and some experience across streetwear is highly advantageous.

You will work closely with the fashion designers and product development teams to create graphics that translate onto garments, footwear, and accessories across men’s and women’s lines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support senior designers by designing original graphics such as prints, placement prints, AOPs, embroideries, trims, logos, and typography.
  • Be commercially minded while still pushing the boundaries, bringing fresh ideas and highlighting future trends.
  • Prepare production-ready artwork with accurate sizing, colour separations, and appropriate formats.
  • Collaborate with fashion designers, garment technologists, and product teams from concept through to final execution.
  • Research trends, references, and graphic directions relevant to the brand and target customer.
  • Work with overseas suppliers and factories to ensure artwork is correctly interpreted during production.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced fashion environment.
  • Respond positively to feedback and iterate designs efficiently.
Skills & Experience:
  • Graduate with a degree in Fashion, ideally in men's streetwear.
  • Understanding of garment graphics, including print techniques and embellishments.
  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop; Ai knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt creatively while maintaining strong brand consistency.
  • Strong attention to detail and understanding of how graphics translate onto clothing.
  • Confident working collaboratively within a creative team.
  • Commercial mindset with a passion for men's streetwear fashion.
  • Organisation and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
