In effort to enhance our music ministry and improve our singing in worship and praise unto God an opportunity has risen within the House of Empowerment for a Music Coordinator/Director.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Will be teaching drums, keyboard, trumpet or bass guitar.
- Special Classes for all age groups from the youth to adults.
- Will also teach other instruments if not mentioned here, but the applicant can play.
- Will check on choir members every week to ensure they are all well.
- Will have to service all musical instruments every week before Sunday.
- Will play some African instruments as part of the Job description.
Qualifications Required
- A Diploma or Secondary school qualification needed but not essential.
- Should have a form of experience in Christian music Ministry.
- Should be able to play and teach any of the following instruments keyboard, bass guitar, drums, and trumpet, multi-skilled in instruments, and also very fluent in the Twi language.
- Strong Customer Skills.
- Must be reliable and prompt.
- Must have the ability to be empathetic and build relationships with people.
- Should Speak English.
