In effort to enhance our music ministry and improve our singing in worship and praise unto God, an opportunity has risen within the House of Empowerment for a Music Coordinator/Director.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Will be teaching Musical Instruments.
- Will be training voices during rehearsal.
- Will be leading praise and worship on Sundays backed by the choir.
- Will also teach Ghanaian Gospel songs as part of his duties.
- Will give pastoral support to the choir members as the need arises.
- Servicing of Musical Instruments on a weekly basis prior to Sunday Services.
Qualifications Required:
- A Diploma or Secondary school qualification needed but not essential.
- Should have a form of experience in Christian music Ministry.
- Should be able to play and teach any of the following instruments: keyboard, bass guitar, drums, and trumpet; multi-skilled in instruments and also very fluent in Twi language.
- Strong Customer Skills.
- Must be reliable and prompt.
- Must have the ability to be empathetic and build relationships with people.
- Should speak English.
