About the role: We are seeking a Luxury Brand Ambassador, part‑time (2 days a week, 15 hours). The role is based at the Balenciaga counter in Selfridges Trafford.
Purpose: As a Luxury Brand Ambassador, you will uphold the brand’s reputation and deliver an unparalleled, consistent customer experience. Your primary objective is to share knowledge and passion about Balenciaga, drive sales, and maintain the highest standards of customer service.
Key responsibilities:
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Balenciaga’s fragrances, ingredients, and heritage to effectively engage customers and drive sales.
- Sales Excellence: Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive customer engagement and effective storytelling of product features and benefits.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service to create memorable experiences and foster brand loyalty.
- Visual Presentation: Ensure the retail space reflects the luxury of the brand through impeccable visual merchandising standards.
