Role overview: We are seeking a Luxury Brand Ambassador (full time) for our Balenciaga Counter in Selfridges Exchange Square, Manchester. The role focuses on sharing knowledge and passion for the brand, driving sales, and delivering the highest standards of customer service.

As an Account Manager or Luxury Brand Ambassador for Balenciaga, you play a pivotal role in upholding the brand's reputation and delivering unparalleled, consistent customer experiences. Your primary objective is to educate customers about our brand and products, drive sales, and maintain premium service standards.
