About the role
We are seeking a Luxury Brand Ambassador to join our department store in Frasers Derby, tasked with overseeing our Creed Fragrance division. This part‑time role requires four days per week (30 hours) and invites candidates with a passion for luxury, a drive to make a difference, and the desire to shape the future of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive product knowledge of Creed fragrances and support fellow ambassadors.
- Strategically achieve sales targets, manage stock levels, and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Maintain impeccable standards of visual merchandising at the fragrance counter.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including collaboration with agencies on promotional activities.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and streamline administrative processes for efficiency.
- Stay informed about industry trends and provide strategic insights to enhance business performance.
- Maintain transparent communication channels with superiors and stakeholders, and provide regular reports on sales performance and relevant activities.
- Identify and capitalize on promotional opportunities to maximize brand visibility and sales.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven track record in retail sales, particularly within the luxury fragrance or beauty sector.
- Extensive knowledge of luxury products, with a focus on fragrances.
