About the role
We are seeking a Luxury Brand Ambassador for our Creed counter at John Lewis Trafford Centre. The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury, a drive to make a difference, and a desire to shape the future of our business. This is a part-time role, working 3 days per week, totaling 22.5 hours.
Purpose of the role
As a Luxury Brand Ambassador for the House of Creed, you will uphold the brand's prestige and deliver an unparalleled customer experience. Your main responsibilities include sharing knowledge and passion about our brand and products, driving sales, and maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our brand, including fragrances, ingredients, and heritage, to effectively engage customers and drive sales.
- Sales Excellence: Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive customer engagement and effective storytelling of product features and benefits.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to create memorable experiences and foster brand loyalty.
