We are looking to appoint an experienced DTC Ecommerce Manager to lead and grow our UK Online Direct-to-Consumer business. This is a hands-on role for an experienced ecommerce professional with a strong luxury trading mindset. You'll own the performance of our DTC channel, driving sustainable and profitable growth by delivering the customer proposition to new customers. Sitting within our UK Ecommerce team, this role works closely with the wider UK Team including Marketing, Operations, Finance, E‑Retail and Global digital teams. You'll also manage and develop an Ecommerce Executive, helping to build capability and ensure smooth day‑to‑day execution. This role reports directly to the Head of Ecommerce and is ideal for someone who combines commercial sharpness, strategic thinking, and a growth mindset, that enjoys working cross‑functionally to deliver shared regional goals.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Ecommerce Strategy & Trading: Own and deliver the ecommerce strategy for the UK DTC business. Plan and manage the ecommerce trading calendar, ensuring activity aligns with brand and commercial priorities. Monitor performance, report on key KPIs and translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations. Monitor the wider industry activities drawing inspiration and opportunities to support growth. Drive customer acquisition through premium value propositions via digital marketing channels (PPC, Paid Social, Affiliates etc). Embed a test‑and‑learn mindset across trading, onsite, and acquisition activity.
  • Website & CRO: Continually refine the onsite experience using data driven results ensuring a seamless, mobile‑first customer experience that reflects the brand and drives conversion. Act as the ecommerce lead for our Shopify site, identifying opportunities to improve UX and conversion. Suggest and help prioritise onsite improvements, working closely with internal teams and external development agencies.
  • Digital Agency Management: Manage the Performance Marketing agency to ensure activity supports trading priorities and brand positioning. Oversee Affiliates activity, ensuring partners align with a luxury environment. Confidently analyse and challenge performance results, and guide agencies with clear commercial direction.
  • Ecommerce Operations: Forecast ecommerce demand and work closely with operations and warehouse teams. Monitor stock levels and product performance to inform trading decisions. Oversee ecommerce operational considerations including order flow management and fulfilment performance.

Person Specification Knowledge and Skills:

  • 3+ years' experience in D2C Ecommerce preferably with a luxury or premium DTC brand.
  • A degree in Ecommerce/Digital Marketing related degree.
  • Comfortable working with Shopify and analytical platforms such as GA4 and Power BI.
  • Confident managing agencies and interpreting performance data.
  • Customer‑centric, analytically strong, and solutions focused.
  • A proactive communicator who is approachable and enjoys working cross‑functionally.
