What You'll Be Doing
As part of the House of Commons Service Delivery Team, you'll provide a welcoming and professional reception and support service to Members of Parliament, their staff, colleagues and visitors to the Parliamentary Estate.
This is a varied, customer-focused role where you'll support a range of services, including reception, meeting and committee room management, visitor assistance and AV support. You'll work with a wide range of people and play an important part in creating a safe, efficient and welcoming environment, while supporting the day-to-day business of the House.

What We're Looking For

- Is comfortable using Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook, with the ability to learn new systems and processes.
