What you\\\'ll be doing
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Security Culture Advisor to join the Parliamentary Security Department (PSD) at the UK Parliament. In this unique and high-impact role, you\\\'ll lead the development and delivery of a security culture strategy that helps keep Parliament safe and secure while remaining open for business.
As Senior Security Culture Advisor, you\\\'ll be responsible for managing and developing security culture activities across Parliament. This includes defining clear objectives and outputs for cultural change, delivering expert advice, and engaging widely with internal and external stakeholders to promote awareness and good practice.
You\'ll also lead on evaluating the impact of engagement activities and making evidence-based improvements. Your strategy will not only draw on government-wide best practices but also reflect the unique culture of Parliament.
This role is offered on a hybrid working basis, with an expectation of you spending 40% of your time in the office.

- Experience of coordinating the delivery and implementation of security culture behaviour campaigns across a complex organisation
- Demonstrable evidence of project management with experience of implementing new security strategies and / or security culture change programmes
- Experience of working with and supporting people and teams to deliver high quality output
- Excellent relationship and partnership building skills
