Join the Parliamentary Digital Service (PDS) as a Delivery Manager and help shape the digital services that support UK Parliament.
As a Delivery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in helping multidisciplinary teams deliver high-quality digital products and services that support the work of Parliament. Working within agile teams embedded across our Value Streams, you will enable the successful delivery of agreed outcomes, ensuring work is delivered effectively, collaboratively, and in line with organisational priorities.
Our Value Streams encompass all relevant products and programmes that sustain, enhance, or transform Parliaments digital estate. This includes everything from platforms and infrastructure to software, applications, and business processes. As a Delivery Manager, you will champion agile ways of working, enabling lean governance, and help foster a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and delivery excellence.
Working across the full product lifecycle, you will build and support high-performing teams, creating an environment where people can do their best work. You will lead delivery planning and coordination, remove obstacles, manage risks and dependencies, and use data and insights to drive informed decision-making. You will also work closely with product owners, stakeholders, and delivery teams to ensure products and services remain user-centred, iterative, and aligned with strategic goals.
As part of the Digital Delivery team and the wider delivery community of practice, you will actively contribute to the development and continuous improvement of delivery capability across PDS, helping to shape and strengthen our approach to delivering digital change.
