What you’ll be doing
As Head of Marketing, you’ll lead the strategic marketing function for Participation at the UK Parliament, shaping how people across the UK engage with Parliament’s public and commercial services.
This is a unique opportunity to influence how millions of people connect with UK democracy from the heart of Parliament.
This high‑impact leadership role involves developing and delivering an ambitious, insight‑led marketing strategy, overseeing creative multi‑channel campaigns, and driving audience growth, engagement and income.
You will lead a talented bicameral team, foster a collaborative, high‑performing culture, while managing budgets, external agencies and campaign performance to maximise impact and return on investment.
Working closely with senior leaders, Members and communications colleagues across both Houses, you will provide strategic marketing expertise, strengthen stakeholder relationships and help shape Participation’s future direction.
You will also champion innovation, oversee marketing during periods of operational change or crisis, and ensure Parliament’s brand and messaging are delivered consistently across all channels.
The role is offered on a hybrid working basis, with an expectation of you spending 40% of your time in the office.
