The HR Systems and Data Team are responsible for the application support and development of the new HR and Payroll System. The Team will lead and contribute to HR business improvement projects, HR system module implementation, and will identify opportunities for improvements to business activities and system processes.
Acting as part of the HR Systems team focussing on HR Systems application support and maintenance, the postholder will enable customers to make full use of the applications on which service relies. Some of the responsibilities for this role include:
- Support and maintenance of HR and Payroll System.
- Ability to run monthly Workforce Information (WI) reports.
- Ability to write new reports and amend existing reports using report browsers.
- Ability to review the accuracy of the reports, spotting any possible errors within the reports.
- Support the maintenance of the agreed complement, including the creation and/or updating existing positions and employee data in HR system.
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:
- Ability to support and maintain iTrent HR System and provide customer support.
- Knowledge and experience of providing management information from HR Systems.
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel to include creation of Pivot Tables.
- Ability to prioritise own workload to ensure delivery of a high-quality customer service in line with the monthly reporting and payroll cycle.
- Good attention to detail with a proven ability to check numerical and narrative information thoroughly and accurately.
- Act as a positive role model and promote the culture of House, maintaining principles of equality, diversity and inclusion at all times.
