Our purpose is to empower everyone to look and feel their best through personal style. With a global presence in the UK, US, Canada, and RoW, we need a dynamic local Brand Manager with a local marketing remit to execute our global brand strategy across key markets.
- Lead the execution of House of Colour's global brand strategy across UK, US, Canada, and RoW markets
- Collaborate cross‐functionally with Sales, Supply, Finance, Training, Franchise Relations, and more to ensure brand alignment across all touchpoints
- Project manage local brand initiatives (e.g. print materials, cosmetics launches, digital marketing campaigns) with precision and creativity
- Support the development of new brand programmes and assets tailored to local needs while maintaining global standards and using global assets
- Develop and implement scalable processes that improve brand delivery and consistency across markets
- Partner with internal and external teams, including global Brand, Content Management, Sales, and third‐party suppliers and partners, to deliver impactful brand initiatives
- Monitor and measure brand performance across local markets, using insights to refine and improve future initiatives
- Champion the voice of the global marketing team within local markets, ensuring every interaction reflects our values and aesthetic
- Apply strong creative skills in copywriting and design, ensuring each execution is as impactful and clear as possible
- Potentially manage up to 1 direct line report
Ideal Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 7+ years of experience
- Demonstrable experience growing and executing on a wide variety of projects (creative, technical, process‐driven, analytical, etc.)
- Exceptional organisational skills, keen eye for detail, and work independently
- Efficiently find ways of working with teams
- Strong upward management skills, balancing detail and headline information for line managers
- Creative problem‐solving when executing the global brand strategy in local markets
- Adept at achieving consistency across markets with differing needs, guiding standardised solutions in line with global strategy
- Proactive, independent, and always taking initiative to improve existing programmes, processes, and assets
- Collaborative style with focus on team goals
- High flexibility when working on fast‐moving projects that may change direction after initial briefs
- Ability to work through ambiguity to find answers that unlock brilliant results
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpreting results and communicating insights effectively
- Passionate advocate for client needs
- Strong sense of ownership and entrepreneurial spirit
- Flexibility regarding role content; may cover local, regional or global projects in future
- Interest in personal style
