We are seeking a highly capable Graphic Designer (Global Brand) to join the Global Brand Team and play a central role in bringing our brand to life visually across all markets. This role requires a balance between big-picture brand development and fast-paced, day-to-day design work.
A significant proportion of the role will involve delivering high-quality design output to support local market needs and interdepartmental requests, often across multiple projects.
As part of the Global Brand Team, you will work closely with multiple departments, including Sales, Operations, Technology, Education, Intellectual Property, Finance, Franchise Recruitment, and more.

- Create and deliver high-quality design across all brand touchpoints (including campaigns, social media, email, website, presentations, print materials, cosmetics product packaging, and more).
- Act as a guardian for House of Colour’s visual identity, ensuring all outputs are consistent, accurate, and aligned to our brand guidelines.
- Champion the importance, opportunities, and benefits that arise from a consistent visual design language for an ambitious global brand.
- Support the brilliant execution of design output across global and local markets, ensuring delivery at pace across multiple concurrent projects.
- Interpret briefs with creative flair while remaining within the boundaries of House of Colour’s brand guidelines.
- Develop and manage scalable templates, toolkits, and design systems to enable consistent execution across markets and teams.
- Translate brand strategy into clear, compelling visual outputs that strengthen brand clarity and consistency.
- Partner with internal teams across Sales, Operations, Tech, Supply, Finance, Training, Franchise Relations, and more to support key business initiatives.
- Identify and implement improvements to increase the quality, efficiency, and scalability of design output across the organisation.
- Balance the need for a coherent brand visual identity with multiple end-consumers of your creative output.
- Create engaging content, including motion graphics and short-form video assets where required.
Requirements:
- 5–7+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally within a brand-led or in-house environment.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality work across print, digital, and campaign-based design.
- Experience working within and contributing to brand guidelines and visual identity systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, vector design, and visual communication.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive and self-sufficient, with the ability to take ownership of work and progress tasks/projects.
- Requires high levels of flexibility when working on fast-moving projects that may start, stop, and change direction after initial briefs.
- Experience in photo editing, including accurate colour matching, for product packaging, makeup formulation, etc.
- Working knowledge of Canva and other complementary platforms to Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Experience using AI to enhance creative workflows.
- Experience with cosmetic packaging labelling regulation.
- Working knowledge of motion or video tools.
