You will need to have a strong understanding of social media culture and trends, with excellent judgement around what is appropriate to post, repost, comment on and engage with on behalf of the brand.

- Escalate sensitive, negative or inappropriate comments when required.
Content & Reposting
- Identify relevant customer, influencer and user-generated content to repost across our channels.

- Ensure reposted content is aligned with the brand's aesthetic, positioning and guidelines.
- Work closely with the PR, Influencer and Marketing teams to maximise relevant social content.
- Develop social media recommendations and planning around key collections.
- Monitor social trends and competitor activity and bring relevant ideas to the team.
- Have a strong understanding of what content performs well across different platforms.
Review social performance and identify learnings for future content.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 1–2 years of social media experience in a brand, agency or similar environment.
- Excellent understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit and X/Twitter.
- Naturally immersed in social media and aware of current trends, conversations and online culture.
- Strong written communication skills with an ability to write fun, witty and engaging responses while knowing when to remain professional.
- Excellent understanding of brand tone of voice.
- Strong visual eye and understanding of what feels aesthetically right for a fashion brand.
- Excellent judgement when deciding what content should and shouldn't be posted or reposted.
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple platforms and deadlines.
- Proactive, creative and confident bringing ideas to the table.
- A genuine interest in fashion, culture, influencers and social media.
