JOB DESCRIPTION
The Retail Stockroom Assistant supports daily operations at our West Region Retail Store in Los Angeles, CA, working up to 29 hours per week. The ideal candidate is energetic, safety-conscious, and service-oriented. You will share your passion for clothing with customers, creating a welcoming atmosphere and assisting with stock management.
Your responsibilities include managing stock deliveries, organizing merchandise, replenishing stock, supporting store floor activities, maintaining stockroom organization, participating in inventory audits, and reducing shrinkage. You will also assist with visual merchandising and ensure stock accuracy and cleanliness.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
– Strong organization and multitasking skills
– Excellent communication skills
– Manual skills with equipment such as power jacks, pricing guns, and forklifts (training provided if needed)
– Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and inventory software
– Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
– Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
– Hands-on attitude and effective time management
– Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
