House of CB is a global fashion brand celebrated for its empowering, feminine designs and statement-making silhouettes. With a cult following built through powerful visuals, trend-defining campaigns, and a bold social media presence, we’re continuing to grow our team with people who share our passion for fashion, creativity, and excellence.
We’re looking for a commercially sharp e-commerce leader to own trading performance, on-site merchandising, and conversion rate optimisation across House of CB’s digital storefront.
Sitting within our E-Commerce team, this is a broad, hands-on role combining marketing, merchandising, and CRO. You’ll be responsible for how our product is presented, how customers move through the site, and how we convert traffic into revenue — working across data, creative, and trading to deliver a best-in-class digital experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own trading performance, with full accountability for online revenue, conversion rate, and AOV.
- Lead on-site merchandising — product sequencing, category curation, landing pages, and homepage strategy.
- Build and execute the CRO roadmap, with a structured A/B testing programme across key journeys and pages.
- Analyse on-site behaviour, funnel performance, and customer data to identify opportunities and inform decisions.
- Partner with Marketing, Buying, and Creative teams to align on-site activity with brand campaigns and product launches.
- Brief and manage tools, agencies, or developers to deliver site improvements and tests.
ABOUT YOU
- 5+ years of experience across e-commerce, merchandising, or CRO, ideally in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle.
- Strong commercial mindset — you think in terms of conversion, AOV, and revenue impact.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify (or a similar platform) and analytics tools such as GA4.
- Confident running structured A/B testing programmes and interpreting the results.
- Strong cross-functional communicator, comfortable working with creative, tech, and trading stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, with a feel for premium digital experiences.
WHY JOIN US?
Be part of a fast-growing global fashion brand with the scale and ambition to make this role genuinely impactful. You’ll own a critical part of the business, with the autonomy to shape strategy and the resources to execute at pace.
