We are looking for an enthusiastic, graduate to join our fast-paced London Design Office for a 12-month paid internship.

We are looking for a candidate who is excited about the fashion space & willing to support across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Sample management:

  • Checking in samples for fits.
  • Steaming samples for fits.
  • Organizing the samples on rails per collection & designer.
  • Ensuring the sample rails are professionally presented at all times, particularly when presenting to senior leadership.
  • Boxing up old samples to return to factories.

Design Assisting:

  • Supporting the design assistant to create the board line up’s per drop.
  • Sending for prices on fabric hangers & helping organize the fabric library.

Office Admin:

  • Arranging post, sending & receiving.
  • Collecting external visitors for meetings in the office.

Marketing & PR:

  • Supporting on events when needed.

Requirements:

  • Fashion or design graduate, entry level.
  • Proficient in Illustrator & photoshop.
  • Excellent communicator.
  • Willing to & be effective in multitasking.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Passionate about fashion.
