Design Assistant

This is a support function role within the design team including communicating directly with the Creative Director. We are looking for a highly organized individual who pays a lot of attention to detail who can support & organize the design team in the London office. Major responsibilities included but not restricted to: Responsible for creating & updating line ups per each monthly drop digitally & physically on boards. Communicating to designers daily RE any add in’s changes or updates per monthly collections. Responsible for organization of design team, keeping designers aware of changes & clear communication is required daily. Taking fit notes in fit meetings with Creative Director. Working closely with technical Co Ordinator to update collection trackers. Organizing sketch selection as per the Creative Directors amendments. Communicate with the fabric team to note Pantones and print changes / add in’s. Creating the bulk order forms. Send the LA marketing team lineups and collection information for photoshoots. Sending PR product photos. Set up and track the photoshoot samples being shipped from the factory. Amending & creating the critical path Calander. Supporting technical team with steaming fit samples. Requirements: Graduate or 1-2 year’s experience in similar role. Degree or qualifications in Fashion. Proficient in Illustrator and Excel. Excellent communicator. Willing to & be effective in multitasking. Highly organized with attention to detail. Passionate about fashion
