We’re looking for a Chief Product Officer to lead House of CB’s end-to-end product function and shape the next phase of our growth as a global fashion brand.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting into the executive team, the CPO will own product strategy across Buying, Merchandising, Product Development, and Sourcing. This is a senior leadership role with full accountability for the product engine that powers House of CB — from creative direction and assortment to margin, sourcing, and supply chain.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and lead the overall product strategy in line with the brand’s commercial and creative vision.
- Lead, develop, and inspire the Buying, Merchandising, Product Development, and Sourcing teams.
- Drive growth, margin, and product performance across collections and categories.
- Own the strategic relationship with key suppliers and manufacturing partners.
- Partner closely with the CEO and other senior leaders on long-term planning, expansion, and investment decisions.
- Champion the House of CB aesthetic, ensuring product remains true to the brand at every level of the range.

- 5+ years in senior product leadership within fashion, with a strong track record of driving growth and margin.
- Deep expertise across buying, merchandising, and product development.
- Proven experience leading and developing high-performing, multi-disciplinary teams.
