Sitting within our Product Development team, you’ll own the garment tech process from sample through to bulk production. With a strong focus on fit, construction, and finishing, you’ll be especially close to bra cup development — a defining element of the dresses and tops at the heart of our range — working hand-in-hand with Design, Buying, and our suppliers to deliver consistent, premium quality.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Lead the end-to-end garment technology process, from initial samples through to production.
- Own block development and maintenance to ensure consistent fit across the range.
- Manage bra cup development across dresses and tops, ensuring fit, support, and finish meet House of CB standards.
- Troubleshoot production issues, working with suppliers to resolve fit, construction, and quality challenges.
- Manage finishing standards across collections, protecting the premium feel of the product.
- Partner closely with Design, Buying, and suppliers to deliver product on time, on quality, and on brand.
- 5+ years of product development or garment technology experience in fashion, ideally in womenswear.
- Strong technical garment knowledge across fit, construction, and finishing.
- Hands-on experience with bra cup construction and bust-focused silhouettes is a significant advantage.
- Confident managing suppliers and resolving production issues.
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple styles and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative communicator who works well across Design, Buying, and supply chain.
