House of CB is a global fashion brand celebrated for its empowering, feminine designs and statement‑making silhouettes. With a cult following built through powerful visuals, trend‑defining campaigns, and a bold social media presence, we’re continuing to grow our team with people who share our passion for fashion, creativity, and excellence. We’re looking for a Marketing Manager based in London to help shape and execute House of CB’s overall marketing strategy, supporting our continued growth as a globally loved fashion brand.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll play a central role in developing and rolling out marketing strategy across collection launches, campaigns, and brand moments. You’ll work cross‑functionally across Creative, Social, CRM, Paid, E‑Commerce, and Retail to ensure every brand touchpoint is aligned, on‑strategy, and delivering against commercial goals. This is a broad, hands‑on marketing role for someone who can think strategically and execute with pace.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Partner with the CEO to develop and refine House of CB’s overall marketing strategy.
  • Plan and lead the rollout of marketing activity for collection launches, brand campaigns, and key trading moments.
  • Work cross‑functionally with Creative, Social, CRM, Paid, E‑Commerce, and Retail teams to deliver fully integrated campaigns.
  • Brief, manage, and review marketing activity end‑to‑end, ensuring consistent storytelling across every channel.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, using insight to refine future activity.
  • Bring fresh thinking and ideas to the table — you’ll be one of two Marketing Managers globally, with the other based in LA, and the brand will benefit from your distinct perspective on the UK and EU markets.
ABOUT YOU
  • 5+ years of marketing experience in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle.
  • Proven track record of leading integrated marketing campaigns end‑to‑end.
  • Strong strategic thinker with the ability to translate brand and commercial goals into clear plans.
  • Highly organised, comfortable managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong communicator and collaborator, able to influence across creative, commercial, and executive stakeholders.
  • Genuinely plugged into the UK and European fashion and culture landscape.
WHY JOIN US?

Be part of a globally loved fashion brand with a clear identity and ambitious growth plans. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll have the visibility, ownership, and autonomy to shape marketing at the heart of the business — working alongside a talented LA‑based counterpart to bring the best of both markets to everything we do. Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience.
