Sitting within our Product team, you’ll own buying strategy across all categories — from assortment planning and range architecture to trend analysis and supplier partnerships. You’ll lead and develop the buying team, working closely with Design, Merchandising, and Product Development to deliver collections that drive both brand desirability and commercial performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Define and lead the buying strategy across all categories, in line with brand and commercial goals.
- Own the range architecture, ensuring assortments balance newness, bestsellers, and key trend stories.
- Lead, manage, and develop the buying team.
- Analyse trends, sales performance, and customer data to inform buying decisions.
- Build and manage relationships with key suppliers.
- Partner closely with Design, Merchandising, and Product Development on product execution.
- 5+ years of buying experience, with significant time at senior or head‑of level in fashion.
- Strong track record of building successful ranges in a trend‑driven, fast‑moving environment.
- Deep understanding of assortment planning, OTB management, and margin.
- Proven team leader, able to develop and inspire a buying team.
- Sharp commercial instinct paired with a strong feel for product and brand.
- Confident negotiator with strong supplier relationships.
