We are looking for an enthusiastic graduate to join our fast-paced London Design Office for a 12-month paid internship, who is excited about the fashion space and willing to support across multiple departments.
Responsibilities:
- Checking in samples for fits.
- Steaming samples for fits.
- Organizing the samples on rails per collection and designer.
- Ensuring the sample rails are professionally presented at all times, particularly when presenting to senior leadership.
- Boxing up old samples to return to factories.
- PR assisting: Setting up the showroom (unpack, hang and steam samples).
- Greeting guests when they arrive for appointments and offering refreshments.
- Dressing and styling models during photoshoots.
- Remaining on hand during showroom appointments to assist the PR team.
- Design assisting: Supporting the design assistant to create the board line-ups per drop.
- Sending for prices on fabric hangers and helping organize the fabric library.
- Office admin: Arranging post, sending and receiving.
- Collecting external visitors for meetings in the office.
