Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- From day one, you’ll help shape our UK operations and our future. We'll give you the space, the trust, and the support to grow.
- Business Development
- Identify and prospect new clients within the energy sector.
- Understand their challenges and make them match with suitable engineering profiles.
- Build strong, trusting relationships and ensure ongoing client support and loyalty.
- Recruitment & Team Management
- Play a key role in identifying and recruiting top talent in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team.
- Build and lead your team of consultants, supporting them in their career development.
- Provide personalised follow up, taking into account their aspirations (projects, sectors, etc.) and promoting skills development through annual reviews and tailored training.
- Managing Your Business Unit
- Act as a true intrapreneur, developing and optimising your activity while leveraging the strength of a recognised group.
- Ensure the profitability of your Business Unit by implementing an effective strategy and monitoring performance indicators.
