Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 3 years of handyman or construction-related experience.
2. Proficiency in home repairs, remodels, carpentry, light plumbing, drywall, flooring, painting, and light electrical work.
3. Experience estimating project costs and preparing detailed quotes.
4. Strong customer service and communication skills.
5. Ability to troubleshoot and provide solutions effectively.
6. Organized and dependable with excellent time management skills.
7. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
8. Must have own tools or be willing to acquire them.
9. Professional attitude and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
